Two months have already passed since I submitted my termination, do i still have to pay?
We understand your concern. In the meantime, we must also bear in mind that the Covid-19 outbreak has been classified by the WHO as a global pandemic, which has resulted in the Government issuing a shutdown of our gyms. During this time, F24S has not been able to offer use our services, nor have you as a member been able to use our services. In practice, the Government-issued shutdown has therefore frozen all contractual obligations from both F24S and you as a member. Now that the Government has waived the restrictions and F24S are able to offer our services again, all subscriptions will automatically be activated, and your termination will be taken into account from this date, meaning that you will still be able to work out at our gyms for the remainder of your two-month notice period.
