Do I still have to pay for the remainder of my notice period, if I had remaining weeks left? ?

During the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, all gyms in Norway were forced to shut down under the “Covid-19-forskrift” issued by Helsedirektoratet and the Government. This resulted in an extraordinary situation where neither F24S nor you as a member were able to perform the obligations in our membership agreement. In practice, the Government-issued shutdown has therefore frozen all contractual obligations until the Government allows F24S and other gym operators to open up their businesses again. When the gyms are allowed to open again, all membership subscriptions will automatically be activated, and the terminations received prior to the shutdown will be taken into account, meaning that you will still be able to work out at our gyms for the remainder of your two-month notice period.
